Magic and romance
Magic and romance is all around the beautiful city. It is a incredibly romantic place, with deep history and love. Venice is synonymous with the word Love.
All Art of Venice
The object of admiration of all Europe, for centuries, Venice is a living museum, exuding art from all its pores, inviting you to dream, consider, admire, and respond. The love of beauty is omnipresent in Venice. Venice IS ART.

The art of Venice permeates daily life, from the doorbells, to the wardrobe, to the gatherings and the sound of laughter in the campi.

Venice is marvelous for this reason: you can walk for hours, days or years and you will discover something new each time and every time. You will find new emotions, new wonders. Surprises await you every moment.
And this presents a definite problem: where to begin, what to see, when, how? It is in fact easy to find the Saint Mark Ducal Palace and the Bridge of Rialto. But true Venice, the beautiful and mysterious, and often secret, bestows itself only to those who seek to discover and who are ready to miss a turn and walk the distance in the untold mazes of this little island.

Everything is so picturesque and at the same time it is so easy to get lost in this labyrinth of more than 100 islands united by more than 400 bridges, the whole on barely 7 by 4 kilometers!
Squares, Campi, Campielli, Piazza…
Almost always located in front of a church and therefore paved, they are lively meeting places extremely valued by Venetians, young and older ones. What gives a buzzing and pleasant clean atmosphere to the campi is the gathering of venetians. If you do not know it yet, the Venetians love to talk!

What also makes the campi particularly attractive in Venice; it is the feeling of space that they make available. After winding in narrow and tortuous calli, in fact to arrive on a big campo, such as that of Santa Margherita or that of San Stefano, is always a pleasure: the space! With a sigh of relief, one can suddenly see for a distance and Venice seems suddenly bigger!
The Churches of Venice
Even before seeing them, you’ll hear them. Impossible to ignore their sound, the melody of their bells is everywhere, resonating from the wall of one calle to another, from one rio to the next. The music of churches is everywhere in Venice, awakens us, delights us, and reminds us at regular intervals of their presence, the beating of their heart.

But besides their bells it is as by their steeples, their bell towers, that they demonstrate their presence, true challenges to the laws of nature, built on stilts and yet so high and impressive.

As with the palaces, the churches of Venice are principally built from bricks; the light building material was equally excellent compared to “full” stone. But when one must build such imposing buildings on water, this aspect of the things is obviously essential. And it was the good choice! In short, small or large, they have all something, in addition to the pieces of history which they represent, and without them Venice would be very different!

Your Discovery
With the network of its complicated calli and bridges, one can easily get lost, but will always gain a certain delight which emerges with this type of serendipitous discovery. It is impossible to spend even a single hour without encountering something new, romantic, or beautiful. Even if you have already crossed a calle several times, you perhaps did not notice a small sculpture in the upper angle of the home, an amusing chimney, or a reflection of the bridge in the shimmering water of the rio…

You will win twice over because the nicest places are not always the most visited. For that reason, you will often find additional peace and charm of calli still preserved from hordes of foreigners. It is this Venice hidden from the eyes of the throngs of tourists who disembark in Rialto and then pile up at Place Saint Mark that the Venice Bridal shoot will help you discover.

The Museums of Venise
There is not only a single museum in Venice but rather dozens of museums waiting for you, and not always where you would imagine. Venice itself is even a museum and is teeming with works of art of all kinds and of any era.
Bridges
Whether it is the bridge of Rialto or Bridge of Sighs Venice is also as famous for its bridges as for its gondolas, palaces and churches: with over 400 bridges in such a small area! Bridges were rounded and high enough so that small boats and gondolas could pass underneath.

Small, large, plump, straight or from side to side, stone, wooden and metal, metal, decorated and sculpted or even simple, the diversity of the bridges of Venice adds to the beauty of the city and to its very romantic aspect.
It is also necessary that you know that the bridges of Venice are also places of life.

If you notice, you will see that day and night, people stop on the top of bridges, to have a rest, to look at water, to smoke a cigarette, but also simply to speak to each other, as if they were better up high?
Canals and Rii of Venice
It is of course all the charm and all the beauty of Venice. Water, mirrors not only the souls of venetians but also the palaces. Water not only embellishes, water is the source of life. All these multicolored images and generally gilded of the canals of Venice undeniably bring a unique visual dimension to the city.

But beyond this romantic and artistic aspect of the canals of Venice are the historical and present day factors.
The entire city is constructed on water, on millions of trunks of trees planted vertically in the soil of the lagoon for over one thousand years in some cases. And all architecture of the city, its houses and palace, rises directly from this successful taming of the streams.

Streams, yes, not just some water. Because this seemingly beautiful water and which gives back the softened image of the facades, can also be threatening, invading calli and campi during the numerous Acqua Alta which the Venetians are used to. It is also this ubiquitous water which gave Venice one of its nicest symbols: the gondola, “taxi” to the Venetians during centuries before vaporetti arrived.

That’s all for now, your journey of discovery begins from now!
